The fast, physical movements involved while playing will help strengthen your muscles and increasing your energy levels. Plus, it’s also great for relieving stress and developing faster reflexes.
Working closely together gives you a real buzz and you’ll quickly learn what specialist talents you bring to the team. The game is centred around showing respect for everyone involved and although matches can get very competitive, sportsmanship remains at the heart of volleyball.
