Shuttlecocks at the ready… Build On Belief run an exhilarating badminton club here at Harrow Club. All equipment is provided, and all ages and levels are welcome. The only thing you need to remember is to wear trainers and loose-fitting clothing.
There is a long-established link between physical exercise and mental well-being. Exercise helps boost your production of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals, which is particularly valuable for anyone who suffers from low moods and depression. The social benefits of exercise and the sense of structure and purpose offered from the club, are also valuable for people in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
